Britain has long opposed the policy of settlement building on occupied Palestinian land, believing it to be a barrier to peace. Mrs May said she made the Government's "position clear" when the two leaders met at Number 10 on Monday for talks.
Amazingly, Granddad arrived from Australia just before the Century of Progress World's Fair in 1933, when Franklin D. Roosevelt was president, and had been seen by over a million visitors. Lungfish have remained virtually unchanged for over 100 million years.
According to a Shedd Aquarium spokesperson, Granddad, the world's oldest lungfish, has passed away, leaving behind a lot of memories and broken hearts. "Behind the scenes, aquarists in the vicinity were occasionally startled by the long, loud snorts the fish made as he breathed".

Sattler, who has provided care for Granddad for more than 15 years, said he will be missed. "Granddad outlived several generations of caregivers, and some current staff members never imagined that they'd see him gone during their careers", the aquarium wrote. "He seemed as permanent a fixture at Shedd as the terra cotta fishes that decorate the building inside and out", the Shedd said in an online obituary Monday.
