To no one's surprise, the Duchess of Cambridge maintained her reputation on Saturday in Paris on day two of her royal visit with Prince William.

On Friday, French President Francois Hollande greeted the Duke and Duchess at the Elysee Palace, where they discussed the Syrian conflict and the fight against terrorism as well as Franco-British relations, according to a presidential source.

On day two of their visit, they also attended a "Les Viosins in Action" event, highlighting "the strong ties between the young people of France and the United Kingdom", a tweet from Kensington Palace read.

For the second day of their short stop in the City of Light, Will and Kate kicked things off with a visit to Les Invalides, the famed Parisian hospital for former soldiers that has since been turned into a military museum.

The Duchess told them: "You're very fearless". On Saturday, the Royals will meet two survivors of the Paris attacks. William attended the England versus France soccer match at London's Wembley Stadium and sang the French national anthem in support.

Before leaving Paris, William and Kate were guests at the Six Nations rugby match between France and Wales at the Stade de France. William is royal patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, a position he took over from his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, in December 2016.
