Woods' design for the public golf course will be at Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri and the 19-hole course will be named "Payne's Valley" in tribute to the late Billy Payne, a three-time major victor.
The public course, called "Payne's Valley", will honor legacy of Payne Stewart, who was from Springfield.

Small plane crashes next to Lisbon-area supermarket; 5 dead
The light aircraft is believed to have exploded in mid-air before crashing near the supermarket warehouse shortly after midday. The plane came down near the Lidl Supermarket in Tires near the coastal town of Cascais 20 miles west of Lisbon.
