Reward for escaped prisoners climbs; tip line established

Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills said law enforcement agencies in Georgia and beyond are conducting "the greatest effort I have ever seen" to hunt the fugitives — 43-year-old Donnie Russell Rowe and 24-year-old Ricky Dubose.

The theft was not discovered until after 7 a.m. Wednesday, giving the pair plenty of time "to get out of state", Sills said. Later the prisoners stole a white Ford F-250 from a locked quarry at approximately 11 p.m.

Sills had described the fugitives as violent repeat offenders who are extremely unsafe, having taken the guards' 9 mm pistols. "These are serious, risky hoodlums that need to be apprehended".

Special agent David Levalley of the FBI's Atlanta Division said federal authorities have joined local and state officials to help catch the escapees.

In the early hours of Tuesday they, along with 31 other cuffed-and-shackled prisoners were loaded on a transport bus being driven by Correctional Officers Christopher Monica and Curtis Billue.

Women Found Dead In Ohio Home
They found stab wounds in one of the victims but were not able to determine a likely cause of death for the other two women. Police report that this man has been inside the home for a few hours and that he knew the people who lived there.

Dubose and Rowe then stole the Honda Civic of a man who happened upon the scene and fled.

"We need the eyes and ears of everybody, really, in this country to be on the lookout for these two individuals", Sills said Thursday.

Investigators have already examined more than 100 leads ranging from Texas to Virginia, Sills said.

"We can assume they don't have money", Sills said "They are doing like most escapees do". He had served almost eight years for the department. They were supposed to be separated by a metal gate in the vehicle, but Rowe and Dubose were able to get inside the cab. Sills said Dubose also has "ghost" tattooed on his right forefinger and "face" on his right pinky finger — signs of membership in the Ghost Face Gangsters. We know they took food there.

Sills said there's no visible evidence - an apparent reference to video from a security camera on the bus - showing that other inmates participated. "They would do a crime and it would escalate".

Cavaliers-Warriors set for ultimate Finals rubber match
In the 2015 Finals , the Cavaliers had star point guard Kyrie Irving for just one game due to injury and Kevin Love not at all. I'm not gonna go through a long buildup and tell you my pick at the end of some back and forth analysis.

The two inmates overpowered and disarmed the guards about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday as 33 inmates were being driven between prisons, authorities have said.

The authorities described them as "dangerous beyond description".

Both escaped inmates were serving long sentences for armed robbery and other crimes.

Dubose, 24, had been serving a 20-year sentence for armed robbery and assault.

"Both officers were known for their unwavering commitment to their job and their love of family", the Georgia Department of Corrections said in a statement.

Youssef Zaghba identified as third suspect in London Bridge terror attack
That fact provided a line of attack for Corbyn, who called on May to resign even as he said the best remedy was to vote her out. The second terrorist was named as Rachid Redouane , 30, who police said had claimed to be both Moroccan and Libyan.
